Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2025-26 SEASON

6U/8U HOLIDAY JAMBOREE

Refunds will only be given with a 30 plus-day withdrawal notice to the Tournament Director and only if the vacated spot can be filled. No Credit card fees will be refunded, and all tournament withdrawals are subject to a $50 service charge to refunded fees.

BIG SPRING CLASSIC
